1. 行為準則的目的
我們相信 WordCamp Taipei 的社群應該是對所有人完全開放。我們致力於提供一個對所有人友善、安全與讓人感到歡迎的環境，不論對象的性別、性向、身心障礙狀況、種族、宗教、喜好的作業系統、程式語言或文字編輯器。
這份行為準則列出我們對特定行為的期待、無法接受行為與其後果。
我們將邀請所有的贊助商、志工、講者、與會者和其他參與者來協助我們達成，讓所有人都能有安全和正面積極的會議體驗。
2. 開源公民
這份行為準則的另一個目的是，透過鼓勵參與者去認識社群和強化我們社群連結關係，來擴展我們的開源社群、增加開源公民。
為了達到這個目的，WordCamp Taipei 將在整個會議過程中，接受模範公民的提名，並且在會後，將在網站上特別公告這些模範公民的參與者。

3. 我們所期待的行為

4. 我們無法接受的行為

5. 無法接受行為的後果
其他參與者、組織者、場地工作人員、贊助商或其他 WordCamp Taipei 的場地業者皆不能容忍這些無法接受的行為。任何人皆可要求停止無法接受的行為，並且應該馬上得到配合。
如果參與者做出無法接受的行為，會議主辦單位可以採取他們認為合適的任何行動，包括不需預警及退款的情況下直接驅逐會議。
6. 如果你看到有人正在或準備做出無法接受的行為時該怎麼做
如果你正遇到無法接受的行為，或者你注意到其他人正在遭受無法接受的行為，或有任何其他問題，請盡快通知會議主辦單位。WordCamp Taipei 團隊將幫助與會者聯繫場地的保全人員或警察，提供護送，或以其他方式協助遇到無法接受行為的人在會議期間感到安全。志工團隊們將穿著特定服裝，任何志工皆能協助你與會議主辦單位聯繫。
7. 準則作用範圍
我們期望所有會議參與者（贊助商，志工，講者，與會者和其他嘉賓）在所有會議場地和與會議相關的活動中遵守本行為準則。

1. Purpose
WordCamp Taipei believes our community should be truly open for everyone. As such, we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, preferred operating system, programming language, or text editor.
This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.
We invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, and other participants to help us realize a safe and positive conference experience for everyone.
2. Open Source Citizenship
A supplemental goal of this code of conduct is to increase open source citizenship by encouraging participants to recognize and strengthen the relationships between what we do and the community at large.
In service of this goal, WordCamp Taipei organizers will be taking nominations for exemplary citizens throughout the event and will recognize select participants after the conference on the website.
If you see someone who is making an extra effort to ensure our community is welcoming, friendly, and encourages all participants to contribute to the fullest extent, we want to know. You can nominate someone at the Registration table or online at https://2019.taipei.wordcamp.org/contact/ .
3. Expected Behavior
- Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. Alert conference organizers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.
- Participate in an authentic and active way. In doing so, you help to create WordCamp Taipei and make it your own.
4. Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behaviors include: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct by any attendees of WordCamp Taipei and related events. All WordCamp Taipei venues may be shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.
Harassment includes: offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
5. Consequences Of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated whether by other attendees, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, or other patrons of WordCamp Taipei venues.
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the conference without warning or refund.
6. What To Do If You Witness Or Are Subject To Unacceptable Behavior
If you are subject to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a conference organizer as soon as possible.
The WordCamp Taipei team will be available to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, to provide escorts, or to otherwise assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of the conference. Volunteers will be wearing our special T-shirt. Any volunteer can connect you with a conference organizer. You can also come to the special registration desk in the lobby and ask for the organizers.
7. Scope
We expect all conference participants (sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, and other guests) to abide by this code of conduct at all conference venues and conference-related social events.
